What strategies can help us integrate the often underestimated yet profoundly crucial components of emotional well-being in this dynamic industry? Join Veronica Blair in this presentation as she discusses four pivotal themes, each essential for nurturing a resilient mindset in young performers. These themes encompass the influential role of coaches and training environments in nurturing emerging artists, navigating the complexities of perfection, cultivating a positive body image, and redefining beauty standards, all while creating a secure space to honor individuality and playful exploration.
