What if I only want to go to the Keynote?

What if I can’t go to both days?

CircAssembly is FREE and welcomes you to Friday and/or Saturday sessions. Be sure to register even if you can only attend some of our sessions.

Can I leave and come back if I don’t choose to buy the included lunches?

Absolutely. Please be mindful of the schedule, and be back on time! You are also welcome to purchase lunch elsewhere or brown bag it, and stick around to socialize.

What are the lunches?

Locals favourite Rocket Bakery is supplying vegan, gluten-free deliciousness.

Are coffee and croissants included at the Rooms?

Yes. Red Oak is the exclusive food and beverage provider for corporate and private events at The Rooms, including our Keynote Speech by Charles R. Batson.

As part of the St. John’s International CircusFest, the CircAssembly brings together circus artists, creators, presenters, and producers for two inspiring days dedicated to the future of circus arts.

Held on September 18–19, 2026, CircAssembly is a collaborative gathering bringing together expert presentations, Q&As with industry professionals, roundtable discussions, interactive sessions, and a Keynote & Croissants event to kick things off. Designed to spark new ideas and strengthen connections across circus communities, the event invites participants to explore emerging practices, share knowledge, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to the growth and evolution of contemporary circus. CircAssembly offers a welcoming space to exchange perspectives, learn from one another, and imagine the future of circus arts together.
